I was a bit nervous weighing in this morning. Because I knew I hadn't been as good as I could have been. Having had too much of my healthy foods. I overdid it on a few days. So I was happy to have a loss, even though it's only a little one.
And the scales are good to tell us our boundaries. Mistakes were made for us to learn from, so for a better week next week.
I have lost just over four kilos since I started the ticker. And I had an unwritten amount I want to lose by my birthday of ten kilos. I have six weeks left till my birthday. Even though I decided five kilos would be okay. I told my son I can be down to 110 by the time I am 49. Well time will tell ..
