Just my luck. I got ill on Wednesday and am only feeling better today which means I couldn't go running. Looks like I'll be starting week 1 of the running plan again. Might as well do it tomorrow seeing as I'll have time. I couldn't do much yoga either but I did a few simple things this morning and managed them well enough so I should be ok to continue like normal starting tomorrow.
