This is more of a note to myself, but feel free to lurk. I have been losing tons of weight. I am looking fantastic! I am losing my desire to eat somewhat related to feelings of depression and anxiety. In the past when I lost weight I gained energy. Now, I am feeling like I am losing energy. I need to remind myself to fuel with enough food even if I am not hungry in order to maintain energy levels.
