I'm so excited!! I ran 1.22 miles in 15.38 minutes today! The last time I ran, I barely finished a mile and that alone took 15 minutes. For the last week I've been doing more on my stationary bike, but this morning I really wanted to get outside and I just went for it! I was definitely wiped out afterward, but I'm really excited about increasing both my speed and distance!
I'm also really glad I'm still moving forward. I had a few diet hiccups this week, but I'm glad that even if I didn't lose any weight this week (grrrr!), I also didn't gain any, and I didn't give up, which has been a challenge for me in the past. I'm back on track now, and definitely still working out!
Thanks for all the encouraging, kind words everyone! Your support is a big part of what's keeping me here, even after the slip ups!
