I'm always looking for new ways to stay motivated to eat right and to exercise. This week my husband had a great idea for me.

Are you getting in shape for an upcoming class reunion? Add your favorite songs from high-school to your MP3 player and listen while you walk or run.
Are you getting new swimwear for an upcoming trip to Disneyworld? Put some Disney songs on your playlist or wear your favorite Disney shirt during your workout.
Are you trying to lose the next 5% in your ultimate weight goal? Incorporate the number "5" into your routine (walking an extra 5 blocks, doing an extra 5 push-ups, etc).
Get the idea? I gave him a big thumbs-up for this one.
