Made IT!!!!

Well I made it through another week of eating healthy and exercising every morning!! I almost didn't make it yesterday as I had seen in my hubbies draw some licorice by putting something away as it was cleaning day and if he has anything on his night stand on cleaning day I shove it in his draw...so it was such a temptation....but I held off thinking I would be able to have some today....so I woke up this morning and had 3 pieces for breakfast emoticon lol....so I will have to ask hubbie to stash the candy in the garage so I don't eat any more this week! Today is my free day for me which means R&R and eating some yummie treats (lol just kidding!) and then starting a new week for me tomorrow

    NANCYPAT1 lol I know that but I wasn't out of control it was a plnned cheat day!! emoticon Its in my carb cycle to lose weight for life! 2 reasons why you need to have a cheat day or Free Day you trick you mind and body inot losing weight...without allowing for that cheat day your mind feels cheated and your body will stop losing but with the cheat day or free day you can stay in control and really rev up your burning furnace to lose more weight on the next low carb day....LOVE it!!!

    It is okay to have your licorice - I find that I do best when I start really wanting something to postpone until the next day - have some - then let it go.
