So I was playing around on the Walgreens website and if you are a rewards member you earn points for purchases made. Especially the Rx, 500 points for each one! CHA-CHING! Well in my playing around on the site, I found a dashboard for overall health and fitness. There is a place to create a profile and too of course track weight and set goals. Plus earning rewards points for the steps you track. I am pretty sure you can sync your fitbit (that is at least what I heard but not certain). I do not own a fitbit but here is to hoping I get one for birthday. I sure have hinted enough!!!! You have a month hubby of mine.
So what the heck? I set goals because I like getting those rewards points in but thought I would share my simple goals with SP because this site is truly my main source for this journey.
1). 3,000 steps daily
2). DRINK MY WATER
3). Track all calories in and calories out.
Overall goal for the year is to lose 30 more pounds by the end of the year. With counting July as well that is 5 pounds a month. Totally do-able! Right?
