Just finished watching the Happy Weight video from Spark Coach. While watching it I wanted to stand up and shout, "YES, finally someone gets it!" I am so tired of all the charts telling me what my BMI should be and struggling to reach the numbers predetermined by others. My happy weight is at 155. Exactly where I am at right now. As I exercise and eat healthy the scale seems to stay on that number. My goal has been to reach 150, but I do feel terrific at 155. My heaviest weight had been 190 and at 155 I have felt so much better. Thank you SP Coach Becky!!!! You put into words how I have been feeling, but unsure how to express. At 5'6", most charts reflect I am still overweight. I wear a size 10 or 12 depending on the brand. Recent photos taken of me in Virginia Beach brought compliments from my family and friends at how healthy I am looking. At 56, I am happy with my weight, but have continued to feel badly because I did not fit into the charts definition of weight for my height. While I will still work on reaching 150 ... I am no longer going to be so frustrated with my weight at 155. Thank you SP for keeping it real! Especially a big thank you to SP Coach Becky!! Your nutrition tips and videos are an inspiration to me.
