Started weights today!

Up to a mile of running, then did another half mile later. Trying to increase fat loss and not muscle loss, so did some strength training today. Have a long way to go!

    Great idea to build your muscle... especially with thyroid disease.
You may want to try some whey afterwards for a quick shot of protein to help build muscle and repair them.

...and carbs of course to replenish your glycogen stores.
