How many times have I said Iíll do it tomorrow? Iíll start that program or that exercise plan tomorrow or next week. Tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow. Why not today? I always seem to have an excuse as for why not today. It is the middle of the day and it is too late to exercise. I didnít eat a good breakfast so tomorrow when I start my day off right I can start.
I need to stop with this tomorrow stuff. Today. No excuses. Today I will make good choice no matter what. Today I will move. Today I will stop with the tomorrow.
