I really need to bounce back from how i have been eating lately. I'm hoping after this weekend it get better. If it doesn't get better not quite sure what i am going to do. I do well for the most part with working out but i am having a lot of trouble with what goes in my mouth.
Really I wish I had some support around me, but i really don't. Everyone around me eats horribly and has no intention of changing it. Maybe I'll find someone, but where i live i see it very unlikely.
Goals for the week ahead: Herbalife every day for breakfast and lunch. Eat Healthy snacks. Eat a healthy supper and realize that it is enough for me. Stick to a good workout plan.
