Day 29 Magic Bullet makes a Delicious Gazpacho

Very hot today, excellent time to try to make a Gazpacho in my new MagicBullet
It was delicious and will become one of my summertime basics.
Served it in a really pretty stemmed glass.. Yum!

Lunch:

1 can (14.5oz) organic Italian diced tomatoes
( heavy on the sodium..next time I'll use fresh tomatoes with oregano, basil and black pepper)
1c Shredded Kale
1 large clove of garlic
3 lemon sections
1/2 sweet red pepper
1/4 large red onion
.33 oz walnuts ( almonds are traditional)
4 ice cubes

MagicBullet until drinkable but still chunky

Dinner:

Steam 3 big stalks of broccoli with 2T chopped garlic
Remove from water toss w/
2 T nutritional yeast
3 T lemon juice
.75 oz chopped walnuts

Frozen banana for dessert

    Ok, you said that you Magic Bullet until drinkable but chunky. Is that your preference or did the Magic Bullet not make it really smooth? Just curious. I want one, but only if it really smooths out the food so my kids will drink it. They would never drink chunky smoothies (I'd love to get some kale in these kids) emoticon . Thanks, ETLNOW. And, now I want Gazpacho!
