Happy Saturday Sparkfriends! emoticon

Weighed in yesterday and was officially down 10 lbs! WOO HOO! I had a "cheat meal" on Thursday evening - a home made burger made with extra lean ground beef, with a PC Thin bun and fries (no salt). It was delicious, and I was still in range on all of my stats. I had a meeting Thursday evening and had one glass of red wine, and wasn't as planned for Friday as I had hoped for. I was up until 1 am and then got up at 5 to shower and get ready for work, so I just grabbed the left overs from Thursday and had that for lunch. At least I didn't eat out. I didn't have time for breakfast so I just had an apple and carried on about my day.

Went to my boyfriend's softball game last night and met a bunch of his teammates who were all so great, it was nice to get to know them. All of a sudden there was a massive storm - thunder/lightening DOWN POUR and both teams huddled in the dugout together until the storm passed. The field was flooded so the game ended after 4 innings, as least my boyfriend's team was dominating, so they took the game. It was late so we decided on pizza for dinner. A McCain Ultra Capicollo pizza is 600 calories, so I got one of those and added some died onion and green peppers on top of it and devoured the entire thing. For an "off" day or a "cheat day" I am really impressed with being in my range on all of my stats again (even sodium!).

Decided this morning that I would weigh in to see if there was any damage done from venturing away from my chicken/rice/salad diet. DOWN ANOTHER 2 LBS!!!!!! SERIOUSLY? I screeched with excitement! I am so proud to be down 12 lbs!!!!!! I guess biking to and from work 4 times this week and running during the middle of the week as well as eating super healthy is working!

I decided before I went to bed that I would wake up and go for a 5k jog, do laundry, go have a beer over at my friend's place, and eat a big healthy chicken salad before the UFC tonight. I planned this as one of my "drinking days" so I am going to have a few drinks today and keep my food healthy!
