No loss this week, but no gain either

I jumped on the scale this morning and I'm a little bummed that the scale didn't move. I'm still happy that it didn't go up, but I would've preferred for it to move down. I guess I'll have to wait til next week for the numbers to move down.

I went swimming yesterday and I forgot how being in the pool can wear you out. The whole family was practically falling asleep by 10 pm!!

This week I plan to continue my workouts and eating better. This past week was harder because of the holiday and I strayed, but I am committed to my weight loss no matter what.

    Keep up the good work! It is important to focus on the fact that you didn't gain anything, especially with the holiday thrown in there. I look forward to reading about your success soon!

    You may be surprised by what the scale says next week... good positive attitude about it - especially with it being a holiday thrown in there. Thanks for the attitude inspiration!!
