INSANITY - Day 4 & 5

I didn't post about Days 4 & 5 of Insanity, mostly due to family time, lots of driving, and feeling tired.

That being said, I did complete both workouts! Cardio Recovery and then Pure Cardio were the scheduled ones, and they went well. I feel like I'm pushing myself harder than the other times I tried it, and it feels good.

In addition to Insanity, I went walking with my mom, my aunt, and my older cousin on the 4th of July. It was nice to get in some exercise before all the food we had for dinner! Yesterday, once we made it back home, I went to a Zumba class (and my mom joined me there). Then I came back, did Insanity, went to the theater to watch "World War Z", and returned home for another episode of "Game of Thrones".

Overall a nice, relaxing holiday break. I've opted to not weigh in until Monday, though. Between starting a new workout routine, and then all the carbs I had on the 4th, I know I'm retaining more fluids than usual - and the scale will most DEFINITELY reflect that. I'd rather wait! :)
