This has been a very long week at work. I have worked 9+ hours each day and will do so again today. I am really hoping I have Sunday afternoon at home to re-group and getting ready for another 5 days straight of no lunch days. By no lunch, I mean I don't get to leave the building and I have to be better prepared for breakfast, snack, lunch and snack at the office.
I had two super great days on plan and the scale rewarded me with a 2 lbs loss. Then I had two horribly stressful days of work and eating junk and I was back up by 4 lbs. The cleaner I eat the better I feel. I need to be more diligent.
My focus is on that 5%.
Tomorrow I am going to try walking in the morning before church and see how that works out for my household. Something has to give in order for me to get fitness minutes into my day and I have decided that I will have to get to bed earlier in order to get up and moving around 5:30 each day to walk before work.
