Results of my spring challenge

Sorry Daises but I did not make my 5% weightloss goal :( emoticon

But I am still pleased with my results, had been doing well until I joined the gym then the weight loss slowed down, which my trainer warned me about - she told me not to pay attention to the scales emoticon

So here are my results

Weight Loss 6.6 pounds
Inches lost 10.5"
Body Fat 2%

The biggest inches lost were my bust! Here is the breakdown emoticon

Bust 3"
Hips 2.5"
Waist 2.25"
Upper Arm 1.75" (and I can see my muscles!) emoticon
Thigh 1"
Calves 0

Looking forward to the summer challenge :)

    Congrats, Christine! I am glad you are pleased with your results! I know it can be hard to set goal and not reach it, but it is good to recognize when updated goals are needed. I am impressed with your progress! I have decided to stay away from the scale. Since I started working out, that thing has become my enemy! So, no weights for at least one more week and then I'll see where I stand! You keep up the good work! :)

    You did so awesome!!! Look at all those NSV you had:
    You joined a gym
    You are working with a trainer
    You had a 6.6 pound weight loss
    You lost 10.5"
    You decreased your Body Fat by two percent 2%
    You've got muscles!!

    Now how about all those other things....how much more exercising were you getting before compared to during your time in the challenge? And was it more consistent exercise? Also you probably have more energy, drank more water, ate better and as a health care professional you know the benefits you are going to reap from a healthier lifestyle.

    Then, what about your time at work? I remember someone bogging that they took healthy snacks and planned their meals better, do you remember that?

    No my friend, you might have not lost that 5% but you were successful in so many different ways. And your trainer is right, it's not always about the scale. You definitely are a success story; you did awesome in the challenge, I was thrilled that you were a Daisy and I hope you'll consider being a Daisy again!!

    I don't care is I weigh 200# if I wear a size 10! The inches are far more important than the numbers on a scale. Congrats on your success!

    emoticon The Inches Lost and seeing Muscles is WAY Better than getting a Lower Number on the Scale!! And losing 6.6 pounds when you just started Weight Training is AWESOME!!
