Well weighed in this morning at 241.6! Down 9.2lbs since last week. I think some of that will come back as I have slacked on my water. But hopefully I will do enough good this next week to at least maintain. It has been a really long time since my body would even go below 243 so I'm hoping it sticks. My calories have been on the low end most days this week but I'm really trying to rein in the carbs. I think I need to add some nuts back into my days. Somehow I managed to not wear my fitb it yesterday.
Goals for today:
Focus on freggies at grad party if we go-we didn't go but I did choose wisely for dinner for the most part.
At least 80 oz water
Track everything good and bad
over in carbs, calories, and sodium. Scale shows it today. Just means need to push a bit extra today.
