Just did my tae-bo workout, and wooooh I feel good now! Its damned hard, but totally worth it, and according to my fitness tracker, its burned off over 500 calories! I can deal with that hehe.
I might do something else while I'm feeling like this. It rarely happens, so I try to take full advantage when it does, but then again I don't want to push it.
I'm walking to my sisters later, and thats a good 45 minutes, so I actually think I've probably done enough for one day.
yes, I'm not going to get silly. I've done that before, and it just ends up wiping me out and making me want to go to bed at tea time haha, and I will be staying up pretty late, so I will just be happy with my great workout, and just relax now til I have to set off :)
Oh, and I didn't go too mad yesterday, I had a few extra calories that I didn't track, but only like 200 which really isn't anything to cry about!
