    partial honesty about food has been my downfall. i pack healthy lunches at work so people see me "eating healthy" but then i snack like crazy when i get home.

    I agree with Darkchild....you can't out exercise a bad diet. My weight gain wasn't from my hysterectomy...or my age...or...or..or...
How many times I would chow down on not one of those cookies...but a few rows of them. Without even thinking. Kinda like eating chips.
Using the tracker teaches to balance the foods...and to give hard thought on what you're going to indulge in.

    Ain't that the truth!! I was watching a show yesterday that gave examples of how many calories you actually burn when you exercise and how many calories you need to burn to actually make up for the foods you eat. It was pretty sobering.
Example- working out for one hour = 1 emoticon WoW! Reminds me of the saying, You can't out exercise a bad diet!
