Last September the scale stopped moving after loosing 18 pounds.
And I had a really stupid thought, "to hell with this, I am only maintaining."
So of course I showed em, (whoever em is) I stopped everything. Left sparkpeople and put all the weight back on. Not a plan I recommend.
Well, I am back and I am becoming a student of weight loss maintenance while loosing the weight. I figure I need to know how to maintain the weight loss as I go.
I confess my intellect said this was a life stye change but my heart was thinking diet.
