Whoo hoo my biggest lost yet !! almost 4lbs awesome !
A quick round up of this weeks exercise plan:
Started strong with a 2 hour boot camp on Saturday lots of running and cardio plus strenght training
Sunday not formal exercise but went to see bon jovi in concert lots of bouncing around not to mention the 4 miles of walking around the City of Bern where the concert was held. It actually really beauitful there there the old town is beautiful and the pale green blue waters in the rivers uite stunning sometimes I feel quite lucky to live in such a beautiful country!
Monday another hours, bootcamp, Tuesday rest day, Wednesday boot camp, Thursday resting, Friday an hour on the cross trainer.
A tough week but worth it for the results!
Food wise not as impressive as the work out plan: 1 proper 500 cals day, the other was more like 800 cals, yesterday I went to Zurich street party but ate thai chicken and coconut rice which i figured is better than sausages but did drink 3 beers so I dont feel as though I'm being too hard on myself, and I'm not missing out on spending time with my buddies and the firework at the party where amazing !
I need some action plans in place for this week I dont want last months pattern to repeat and to see a gain for week 8.
