This past week my weight has been going back and forth between a 2 pound range. Happy that I don't let the number on the scale dictate how I feel or my motivation. I use more the fit of my clothes than the number on the scale.
Part of all this could be that I have gotten just way to much in a routine with the getting in the exercise. Solution to that is coming this coming week with the addition of a weekly ZUMBA class at work (at no cost to me). Wednesday afternoons will not consist of ZUMBA, with walking on Monday, Friday and Sunday and last but not least C25K on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturdays. The C25K training will not be started for another 3 weeks, schedule at work and a planned time away will not allow me to fully put 100% percent into it. Also I do believe that going that extreme all at once could cause injury and that is not something that I am wanting.
Next thing to work into the mix is strength training, toning up this sagging skin all over my body.
Yep in other words I may be taking baby steps in all of this but I am moving towards my goals one baby step at a time and it will be so worth it.
