Weight loss is sloooooooow goings.
It's tragic how it's so easy to gain in such a short amount of time, and takes foooooorever to lose it again.
I'm at the end of the week - a great week - worked out every day, pushed myself nice and hard, ok my nutrition could have been a little better (*shakes fist at independence day*) but it wasn't NEARLY as bad as it "could" have been - I definitely showed a ton of restraint.
I even passed on ice cream. ICE CREAM.
I have a mini loss for the week. I mean take out a microscope type of loss. But man, when you are working hard at the gym and tracking all your morsels, don't you feel like you deserve a parade and statue?!?!
THIS NUMBER ON THE SCALE SHOULD BE LOWER, I GAVE UP A SECOND HOT DOG!
*shakes fist at sky*
Yes I'm being a total brat. And I know it. And I'm smarter than that. I know about all the normal weight fluctuations and how bodies take time to adjust and not to go solely by numbers because of muscle and yada yada yada.
But still..... needing to have patience is.... annoying! *sigh*
Ah well, rant done, now off to get ready for the gym and keep on keeping on!
