I started a new job that has me working 8-10 hour days. I am so tired I dont cook anymore let alone have time to clean. I gained some weight back too. I have not worked out since two weeks ago before I started the job. How do you deal with this? where is the time to work out? I started drinking coffee....is that bad for you also every morning but it is the only thing that keeps me up to get on with my days. My stressful environment is not helping. HELP!!!! I need advice!
