I have to keep myself motivated for 10 days more... until I see my dietician again for my monthly weigh in and discussion... I always come out feeling much more motivated, I just need to keep that momentum until I see her each month. 10 days isn't long though :) I'm feeling quite positive that I've lost a few pounds. I have done a few quick weighs at home, and I think I've lost about 1.5-2kg - which isn't bad :) Will update weight properly when she's measured me though.
Sooo... last night I had a veg loaded (very little rice) risotto. I'd have had brown rice, but we're a bit skint at the moment, and had long grain rice in the house already - so I used that and bulked it out with a handful of black lentils. As I said, it was mainly veg anyway, and a turkey breast (between two of us). Was really filling, really lovely, and very low fat. A small bowl went a long way, and I have some to take with me to the shop today for lunch (cold).
