I'm following 'habithacker sos' and my day 1 challenge is to get some sun.
I live in England so that is not always possible but I am now going to make sure I get at least 10mins outside a day and do it in the day not leave it until it's dark when my husband is back. I have a 2 year old a ..1 year old and a dog at the moment the weather is great but I'm not sure how it's going to work when the weather turns bad, me and thedog don't mind going out in the rain but I'm not sure what the children will think. I suppose it's not a long time and we can dry off when we get.
So I'm aiming for 11.15ish every morning but it can be afternoon if I have something on in the morning, after my sons morning nap we will all go for a short walk round the field and through the woods. My daughter will walk so it won't be much exercise for me because I won't be walking fast. My son will go in the pushchair most of the way for now but as he gets better at walking he can gradually walk more too.
So this won't really be exercise but we will see daylight everyday for a minimum of 10-15 mins a day, It's a small step but at least it's a start!
