I did some pilates this afternoon........with a stick, it's one of Cassey Ho's workouts from Pop Pilates ( blogilates.com
). However with the squats, I couldn't go down all the way bcoz of my osteoporosis, it hurt too much, I just couldn't do it! Plus, even if I forced myself to squat down all the way, I doubt if I would be able to come up! That's how bad my osteoporosis is!
I will have to take it slow and build up my strength and stamina bit by bit. I hope I will have less pain in my joints soon...........
