I had a rough week - Tuesday night I could not sleep. I was actually up until 8 pm Wednesday evening. I barely ate all day and then once I finally fell asleep, I ended up sleeping till 2 pm on Thursday. When I woke up I was SO hungry and I remained hungry all day long. Now I am worried about my weigh in. I would be happy with just remaining at the same weight. Crossing my fingers for there to not be too much damage when I weigh in tomorrow (technically today).
I have extra errands today also - I have to get my oil changed (it is way overdue). I don't know if I did any good or if it did damage, but I couldn't sleep so I got up and did a 30 minute workout. I'm hoping it is going to lower my weight to the maintainment, lol. Anyway, wish me luck!
