I over ate on cinnamon and brown sugar almonds. I got them from the farmers market... they didn't have the small bag I asked!!!
I counted out a serving - good start huh?
Ate that serving then went and got the bag... ate them all day long till the bag was empty - I think it was about 3 servings left in the bag. I didn't count any servings after the first serving , Well the good thing is I know they're a trigger food for me. cause I eat just a serving of raw almonds with no problem. I won't buy them anymore and tomorrow is a new day!
I did come home and I did my workout... so I picked myself back up and am moving on from there.
