I fell of again...a fter one day, but now I mean buisness!!! Hubby is back so no more excuses.
Plan of action for today: STICK TO MEAL TIMES!!!! No more grazing. Difficult one, cause tummy got so used to being fed all day lang all the time and now continues to demand it.
I decided to have sweets after dinner every day. I might reduce it once I'm more stable again and established in my routines.
And track my intake... not worrying so much about how many caolries I consume but to be honest about the food I eat, no matter what.
Drink my 2l, which is 8 250ml glasses of water... uagh, I hate drinking water in the winter... but I can't stand tea, so water it is.
Okay, that should be achievable.... here I go!!!
