Today was fine. I exercised, I ate within my calories but towards the mid-high end (unlike the low end, like I normally do). Hopefully I'll see some movement on the scale soon!

  do not let the scale beat you. if you check it too often and do not see change, it might get you down.

    Let me know how this works. I'm not getting in enough calories either and was wondering if that will hinder losing.
