Half way there!!!
Scale went down .2
I did my 60 min zumba, and then I felt tired so I slept and messed up my plans for the day. LOL oh oh... I tried an avocado in my juice - I used my hand blender, and it gave the juice a velvety texture. Adding it did take the edge off my craving for fat, but it didn't take it away. Can only think that I might need more juice in my day but I am not hungry.
And by the time I did a couple of things...
It's time for bed
