So, it's day 1 of SparkPeople. I've set up food, water and exercise tracking. Here's the thing...I get bored with tracking. I'm going to set a current goal to track (and I'm trying to be realistic here) of 4 days a week. I know if I say 7...I'm setting myself up for failure. As I become used to tracking...I'll up it in increments. It's going to be day by day and I know there are some days I'll forget, some days I'll fight myself to just say no to something....and some days when I fail. The goal is to have less of those days as I move forward.
