Had a great workout with my trainer today! Started with beating my record on the elliptical! For those that have been following my training sessions, I had been struggling to get one min on the elliptical! That first time I pushed myself to 5 mins, but was really done at 1 min! Well today I easily did 3.5 mins and my goal was 6 mins :) Each time I am trying to increase by 30 seconds emoticon
After that I worked with my trainer for an hour, working with weights, medicine ball finishing up with jumping jacks with the medicine ball and step ups. emoticon emoticon
Then when I got home, I decided to do some squats and lunges! Crazy, I know! Lately I am turning everything into an exercise, I think I am addicted! My butt already is feeling it!

Good job!
I feel SO uncoordinated on the elliptical, I would rather run for an hour.
Go with what works for you.
