My Hero Goes Grocery Shopping

Friday, July 05, 2013

For some time now I've been reading about the food industry and how it changes our bodies and life styles. I came across this snippet and thought you'd like to meet these men as they go through the grocery store. I know you'll like it. Especially the part about sugar in yogurt!

Bon appetit

I only eat low carb yogurt. It really is important to check every label.

Thank you for this information. It's true . . . you can never stop reading labels! My gosh . . . more sugar in yogurt (with fruit on the bottom) than a can of Coke! Ridiculous.

HUGS and thanks for this investigation.

I can't view the video (my satellite problem), but I get the idea. I've been carefully reading yogurt labels for awhile now.
A big problem is that you have to KEEP reading the labels as things you thought were OK keep changing. Sigh!
