Okay, I am starting over again. I was looking back over the weight tracker that I keep on my bathroom wall and saw that in January of 2011, I was at 252 pounds. In April of 2012, after months of changes and increased exercise and being more cognizant of what I was eating, I had made my way down to 212 pounds. WOW! From April 2012 until today, July 5, 2013, I am back at 252 pounds. So I am starting over again. I have over 100 pounds to lose to get where my BMI is supposed to be. So, SparkPeople, here I come again. And maybe this time I will use the features here. I am looking for a convenient place to keep a food diary at least, so maybe this will do it.
