I came across the 30 Day Ab Challenge in my Internet travels the other day. Every day you do so many - sit-ups, crunches, leg raises and plank (was not aware of this one). Yesterday was day 1 which was - 15 sit-ups, 5 crunches, 5 leg raises and 10 second plank.
I did yesterday before going to bed and today I don't feel anything but my abs are not in terrible shape so this is not surprising. I expect by the end of the week I will be in great discomfort. You increase every day until you are doing insane things by the end of the month.
