We spent the day with 2 different groups of friends during the day. I felt as though I ate like a pig. I did eat quite a few vegetables, but still felt like I overdid it. I asked everyone how items were prepared before anything went on my plate.
When I entered everything into my tracker today...I stayed within my calorie range for the day!
Here's to learning to eat healthier while relaxing at get-togethers!
