I've been wanting a root beer float all week. Today I was real careful tracking my foods and reading the package labels on both the ice cream and the root beer. Using just a 1/2 cup ice cream (one serving!) and the few ounces of root beer I made myself a float in a small bowl. It...was...fabulous. Just what I needed and I didn't go over on carbs, fats, etc. YEAH. Such a special treat and now I know that I can still indulge occasionally and not ruin anything.
