Have to say that although I don't mind the green color and I have heard that when you add all of that green to a drink it really doesn't taste bad, I'm speechless about some of those ingredients and think I will stick to green tea emoticon

Thanks for sharing and I always have lots of fresh produce available! It all depends on your priorities. Eating fresh is one of mine. Avocados and nuts provide the bulk of my fat intake. So I will try this recipe both ways. emoticon

LOL. First of all, that would ruin the taste of young coconut water. I don't need all those junk. Second, if I had those fresh produce around, they will spoil and get thrown out. I don't have time to deal with fresh produce. The coconuts are tough. They last for weeks. I've finished a box of 9 and now have 8 more to go with the second box. Hopefully they will still be good and I don't waste any money. I'm doing one a day. That's a thousand dollar a year habit. Not cheap. I'll slow down after I finish these and evaluate. Right now, I'm busy with watermelons. Just bought 3 big ones.
