New challenge from SP Coach. Find 3 accomplishments for today. This all has to do with keeping motivation and positive thinking.
I did read a great article with this information. Link below.
1. got walking and exercise done
2. did grocery shopping and kept it healthy
3. feeling positive
I and 3 were a little tough today, I was not feeling well yesterday and stayed home for 4th activities with family. Today I decided that even though I only felt some better, I needed to get back on track the best I could and hoped it would help me see things better. It DID!
I really liked the above article, I am a natural optimist, but there are times it is hard to keep that when life hits you with bumps. I really like that no matter your attitude you can make changes to help you have a more positive attitude and I know that sure helps on this journey.
So keep the positive attitude and know you can reach your goals...BELIEVE!!!
