Yesterday was day 6, but I had such a bad headache last night that I couldn't write my blog entry, so I'm doing it today.
Yesterday when I woke up, I was disappointed that I hadn't lost any weight. :( I hadn't gained any either. :)
I thought I did really well for meals yesterday, but I forgot to do my SP calorie counting until after dinner and I think I forgot to eat lunch! Doh! So my calorie count was high yesterday, but I only ate 4 times.
What was weird was that I woke up without a headache, but then I started getting a headache every time after I ate. After I ate dinner, the headache was so bad that I just went to bed early, and I slept for 12 hours! I'm not sure why I'm getting headaches but it seems related to the diet somehow. I'm just not sure how. I'm on my period right now so it could be hormone related, or it could be detox headache from my liver processing the Tylenol I had to take two days ago for my cramps, or it could be detox headaches from all the toxins stored in my fat cells that are being released???
I woke up this morning (day 7) and was dismayed to find that I've gained weight! About a pound, I'm at 148.8. :( :( :( I'm a bit discouraged but I'll stick to the diet today and wait and see. Maybe when my period is over I'll start losing weight? I'm pretty sure I ate according to the diet yesterday EXCEPT for only eating 4 instead of 5 times. Maybe that's why I gained weight???
