Well I'm not sure what I ran like but I do know I ran my fastest mile ever this morning! The last time I did a mile for time, a month or 2 ago, I got it under 10 minutes. Today I ran it under 9 minutes!

It feels good to see the hard work paying off and it is also very motivating to continue to improve.

The mile run was just the start of the workout, then with a partner we did tire flips, kettlebell snatches, and burpees with box jumps. After that we went out for another mile. That one took me a minute longer.

I remember when first starting Crossfit my goal most days was to not finish last and now that's not even on my mind. Much has changed in 6 months.
