I've been more-or-less gluten free for about a week now. I do not have celiac, but I do think I have a gluten sensitivity. My doctor has been encouraging me to go gluten free for a while now, too. So, seeing as I do have have super bad reactions, I've tried to make gluten-free choices whenever possible. I have to say, I crave sweets much less these days. In fact, a couple times I've had sweet things and I haven't felt that "OMG MORE!" reaction I usually have. This was really interesting!
I've also noticed other things. My clothes are getting a bit looser. I'm not down a size (yet), but I can tell there are subtle changes. These two things make me think "lifestyle change" - nothing super fast, nothing dramatic, just changes that now feel pretty easy.
