20 lb lost!

I have lost 20lbs since January, and am feeling much better, strength is better, balance is better, and it is easier to move, I feel my core trigger with stair climbing. I know it is slow, has always been slow for me, but this time I want to do this for the last time. I love the Spark program, and the coaching is helping me to change my thinking as well.
