So for three years, I've been on the couch and eating whatever...then my butt got the size of a house and the cycle was initiated...depression, yo yo diet, depression, etc.. There has been a lot of stress in my life...but then one day I woke up and dusted off my juicer and started to juice. This was April 28, 2013. I'm pretty sure that my dad and mom are helping me from heaven to get this thing right. I also started to Zumba ..3-5 times a week. I started slow, and have worked up to about 4 times a week for sure. I've lost 22 pounds all together; 4 inches off my waist and 3 inches off my hips. YAY!! What I do is juice 2 meals per day and eat one CLEAN meal; sometimes I eat 2 CLEAN meals and juice one time. Sometimes I drink a protein drink in the morning and juice for lunch. I even went on a cruise, ate clean, went to the gym and only gained one pound (there were adult beverages involved--he he he) I've incorporated Maca/Chia/Flax seeds into some of my juices and drinks. I even made banana ice cream with just 2 frozen bananas. Oh sooo yummy. I am working my way to a normal weight. But more importantly....I FEEL GREAT!!!!
