Well I did it again, I went on my schedule run this morning! Got up at 5:30 am and out the door we went!! Woohoo!!
Did 4.3K in 37 minutes! That hill just about killed me today! My foot is sore, but I'm pushing through it, icing it, and stretching it lots!

Post run Banana with almond butter (195 cal)
midmorning breakfast yogurt, granola, blueberries, strawberries (215 cal)
Lunch 1/2 chicken sandwich on multigrain bread, 1/2 small quinoa salad from superstore, carrots and hummus (430 cal)
Midafternoon snack, Apple (70 cal)
Dinner, California Salad with Almonds and Poppyseed dressing (315 cal)
Grand total of 1225 cal for the day!! Woohoo!! Staying close to the 1200 limit is really working for me!! I'm a little hungry when I go to bed, but the weight is actually moving finally! Gonna have a healthy active weekend and weigh in on Monday!!
