It's been going fairly good so far, I am enjoying juicing and the benefits. Since Monday (Day 1) I have lost 4 pounds.... while I'm sure it's just water weight, I'll take it! I haven't been able to get down at all so it's helping me to stay motivated and stick with it.
I'm going to go another week with juicing for breakfast and lunch and eating a nice dinner. It seems to be working for me, I have had a couple of days where I ate lunch instead of juice, but I have made sure that I drank at least 2 juices a day. I'm going to try and just have juices for breakfast, lunch and snacks.
I already went grocery shopping today for the weekend and most of next week, so I should be all set :)
I've never had so much produce in my cart at one time lol
