Well the scale showed 2 sticks of butter have melted away.
This is today's plan:

3 B: Fruit salad with romaine, orange, cherries, banana, flax
and avocado/orange dressing. (i processed the greens to micro and left the fruit chunked. That dressing is delicious!!

18 L: 6 Leftovers: Black Bean Mango Salad in romaine boats,
3 Red, White, & Blue Salad
9 golden austrian cauliflower cream soup

16 D Bravelute's Eggplant shiitake spinach casserole
Friday raw veggie bowl (Sunday's is all gone)
Sesame ginger dip
Blueberry/banana Crumble
